Why is it so hard to lose weight?
One of the reasons why it’s so hard for you to lose weight is due to changes in your appetite hormone levels that make it difficult to lose weight and keep it off. Therefore, when you lose weight, your body’s natural response includes an increase in a key hunger hormone and a decrease in fullness hormones, undermining your ability to lose weight and keep it off. As a result, your body works against you as you lose weight making you feel hungrier and less full.
How to change your approach regarding weight loss?
It is not about finding a quick fix to your weight gain problem, it’s about focusing on weight management and how to keep track on your body weight. This approach includes increasing your daily physical activity and having a healthy diet are the main reasons behind weight loss.
